Shipping Policy

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 3-5 days for receipt of tracking information. You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email or through our Tracking Page. Note that there will be no updates if your parcel is in transit. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free standard shipping on all purchases over $50AUD. 

We take up to 24 hours to process all orders. However, all cancellations should be made within 12 hours upon placing your order as stated in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Orders have an estimated delivery timeframe within 10-21 business days for Standard Shipping, upon dispatch, to all countries that we deliver to.  All Standard Shipping will be via local postal provider upon arrival at destination country.

We deliver worldwide, with over 40+ countries, with the corresponding delivery timeframe as specified above.

Please note, express shipping rates vary based on weight of order & location for delivery. If you'd like to get an estimate for express shipping, please Contact Us or email us at info@maisonandwood.com.

Please note delivery times to recipient may be affected by the jurisdiction of individual customs clearances and regulations. As such, for some countries delivery times may be longer than our standard indicated delivery time frame.
CUSTOMS / DUTIES
While we take active steps and measures to ensure that your parcel is free from customs and duties upon dispatch and have covered all available customs and duties from origin of dispatch, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be free from customs and duties as Maison and Wood has no control over these charges as it varies from country to country.

We do advise getting in touch with your local customs authority to inquire on current charges so as to not receive an unexpected surprise when the parcel arrives!

PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS)

In cases where parcels do get sent back to us due to the wrong delivery address or you weren't able to receive the parcel, there will be a reshipping fee of A$10.00. If you choose to opt for a refund instead, there will be a restocking fee of A$10.00.
